During the Video with Drupal session there was some discussion on FFMPEG. There is a module that does flash video using FFMPEG. There is a explanation on how to do it here.

This has been registered as a Drupal session, but if you'd like to stand up and show us why your CMS is better than Drupal, I'd be willing to bend the rules. :-)

We're looking for volunteers to video-tape the sessions and post them for those who aren't able to attend.
